This hands-on role helps care for PHDL's commercial properties through routine maintenance, grounds work, seasonal snow removal, and day-to-day property projects. You will work across varied assignments with responsibility and on-the-job training.
What you'll do
- Complete routine building maintenance and minor property repairs
- Support lawn care, grounds upkeep, and seasonal property work
- Respond to snow and ice removal needs during winter weather
- Help keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and safe
What we're looking for
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Dependability and a willingness to work in changing conditions
- Practical problem-solving skills and comfort with hands-on work
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn on the job
