Help care for PHDL's commercial properties through routine building maintenance, grounds work, seasonal snow removal, and day-to-day property projects.

Complete routine building maintenance and minor property repairs

Support lawn care, grounds upkeep, and seasonal property work

Respond to snow and ice removal needs during winter weather

Help keep tools, equipment, and work areas organized and safe

Part-Time Snow Removal Technician

Waukesha, Wisconsin Part time · On call Seasonal · On-site

Join PHDL for on-call snow events, primarily clearing sidewalks, entrances, and pedestrian areas around our commercial properties.

Clear sidewalks, building entrances, and pedestrian areas during snow events

Operate snowblowers and use shovels safely and efficiently

Apply salt or ice melt where needed to help maintain safe walking surfaces

Monitor assigned areas and return for additional clearing when conditions require it
